Community Meeting!
Join patients, families, experts, researchers, and clinicians to connect, learn, and grow. Get ready for a day filled with inspiration, learning, and heartfelt connections. Renowned experts will share their wisdom, researchers will unveil exciting discoveries, and compassionate clinicians will be there to guide us. This is your chance to gain the latest insights on hyperoxaluria, empowering you with knowledge to navigate your journey.

But it’s not just about education. We’ve also planned a warm and friendly meet-and-greet the night before, where you can forge new friendships and build supportive relationship in the company of others who truly understand.
The Advocate Travel Program is offered to offset the cost associated with attending the 2023 Summit. Advocate Support will cover a portion of your travel expenses for the conference.
So mark your calendar, embrace the excitement, and secure your spot at the 2023 In-Person Patient and Family Summit. Let’s create lasting memories, expand our knowledge, and strengthen the bonds that make our community so extraordinary.
Don’t miss out! Register today and be part of this transformative gathering. Let’s unite, support, and inspire one another on this remarkable journey of hyperoxaluria.
