Who is eligible to apply to the Advocate Travel Program?
Advocate Support is available to domestic or international patients, close family and friends, and advocates in the hyperoxaluria community.
Who is not eligible to apply?
You are not eligible to receive for the Advocate Travel Program if you are in academia, industry, government, healthcare media, or research. If you are speaking at the Summit, please contact the OHF directly.
How many Advocate Support recipients is my household or organization eligible to receive?
We offer one (1) grant per household. Please complete one application per group.

How much money is awarded for Advocate Travel Program?
Your geographic location determines the amount you are eligible to receive.
- Domestic attendees are eligible to receive up to $750 (USD)
- International attendees are eligible to receive up to $1,500 (USD)
What will the Advocate Travel Program cover?
Advocate Support can be used to cover the costs of registration fees, travel, and lodging. Any costs outside of what the Advocate Travel Program covers are the responsibility of the individual. Booking travel/lodging and registering for the conference is the responsibility of the individual attendee.

Grants are limited and as such, please ensure you submit your application as early as possible.
How will my application be evaluated?
All Advocate Support applications will be evaluated on the basis of advocacy work in the community, financial need, and impact on the applicant and on the hyperoxaluria community. All applications will be reviewed by internal reviewers.
What is the procedure for reimbursement?
