How to Register
· Register via the Online Services Portal using a new or existing account (you may already have one from the IPNA Congress).
· If you attended or submitted an abstract before, you may already have an account.
· On behalf of another person, create the account under your name and fill in the Attendee’s details.
· When registering for someone else, create an account with your details and enter the delegate’s information (with their consent).
· A confirmation email with your registration number will be sent after submission.
· Use a personal email, as work addresses may block messages from the IHW 2026 Secretariat.

Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered valid until fully paid. All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST).

Cancellation Conditions
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- All cancellations must be sent by email to the IHW 2026 Secretariat.
- Refund requests submitted after 13 May 2026 will not be accepted.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including travel issues or personal matters, will not be accepted and remain subject to the general conditions.
- Name changes are subject to a 20 USD fee if requested at least one week before the event.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
- Until 13 May 2026 – a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- From 14 May 2026 – a 100% cancellation fee will be applied (no refund will be processed).
Payment Methods
Registration fees are collected on behalf of OHF by the IHW 2026 Secretariat, CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic.
All fees must be paid in USD, free of all bank charges.
ONLINE PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

TRANSFER
Bank transfer is available until 13 May 2026. After this date, only card payments are accepted. Payments by bank transfer must include the delegate´s full name and registration number. Payments without these details cannot be processed.
Invoice
The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Services Portal three weeks after full payment. It will be issued based on the details provided during registration (step: Contact/Invoice details).
Changes to these details (name, address, VAT, etc.) are allowed within 3 days of registration for a 20 USD fee.
VISA Letter
Attendees can download their invitation letter from the Online Services Portal once their registration has been paid in full.
If you are applying for a visa to attend the conference, please follow the instructions outlined in this document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. It provides detailed information on visa requirements and the application process for conference participants.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
Certificate of Attendance
After the Conference, the Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Services Portal for all participating delegates.
Cancellation Or Modification Of The Workshop In Appropriate Circumstances
In appropriate circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to alter or cancel the event without prior notice. This may, eg, include a change of time and/or venue. Any such decision shall be communicated as soon as reasonably practical. Appropriate circumstances may include circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer preventing or impeding the realization of the meeting. For example, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemics or health concerns such as SARS, bird flu, COVID-19, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disasters, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike or other protests, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism or security concerns.

We take your privacy very seriously, and to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system.
