In Rare We Care – How You Can Easily Participate!
Joining us in this year’s activity around the In Rare We Care theme is a chance to show the strength of our united community and raise awareness of hyperoxaluria around the world. The goal is simple: to share hope, show unity, and let families everywhere know
they are not alone.
To create your own postcard, follow these steps:
- Add your first name and a brief message about why you care about rare in the fields below (your personal journey or how you’re raising awareness).
- Upload a photo of yourself or your family/group. If you like, make the heart symbol with your hands, as shown in the photo above!
After you submit, OHF will feature your postcard in our Hyperoxaluria Awareness Week photo gallery and may also share it on social media.
Want to share it on your own social media channels? You can download your postcard once it’s created. Just to be sure to include the tagline “In Rare We Care” in your posts!
